Your extension

We specialise in providing home extensions using the latest low energy, efficient building methods.

We take the project from your ideas and requirements, to the drawings, illustrations, planning and building application, right through to the completion.

Once the planning application has been attained, we take approximately 6-8 weeks; that’s start to finish.All you have to do is give us your requirements and ideas.

We then produce the drawings and illustrations for you to have an idea what the finished product will look like, along with the cost; not the estimate, but the cost. We will not ask you for one penny more than our quoted price.

If agreed, we then submit the planning application for you and acquire the building regulations. Be aware that we have no control of this process. In some cases it may take 3-4 weeks, in others a little longer.Once the planning application has been approved, we start work!
